Humood was born and raised in Kuwait. He earned his medical degree from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI). During his time at RCSI, Humood was fascinated by surgery and was awarded a medal for his excellence in this field. After medical school, Humood moved back to Kuwait for his medical internship.
