Artemisa earned her medical degree at the University of Medicine, Tirana in 2013. She is a research assistant at The Health & Life Sciences University, Austria and is currently enrolled in the masters of health sciences program there. Artemisa’s research interests include medical decision-making, decision-analytic modeling, and gynecologic cancers. In her spare time she enjoys creating digital art and illustrations.

Cassi is from Farmington, Utah, and earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Pennsylvania. She attended medical school at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, and completed an intern year in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Arizona. She transferred to anatomic and clinical pathology there, and eventually transferred to the University of Utah to complete her training. Cassi is enjoying her time back in Utah near her family with her husband and infant son. She also enjoys reading, backpacking, hiking, and cycling.

Rachel grew up in Toronto, Canada, and graduated from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland in 2015. She currently works as an anatomical/clinical pathology resident at Duke University Medical Center. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys exercising, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.

Mehboob is an internal medicine resident at Allegheny Health Network Medical Education Consortium in Pittsburgh. He was born in Karachi, Pakistan, grew up in Toronto, Canada, and pursued medicine upon completing high school. He earned his premedical and medical degrees at American University of Integrative Sciences in 2015. After residency, Mehboob’s interests lie in pulmonary critical care medicine, and he is researching COPD exacerbation treatment and readmission rates. In his limited leisure time, he enjoys playing or watching soccer, long drives, and family gatherings.

Kachiu Cecilia Lee, MD, MPH
Kachiu earned her medical degree and Masters in Public Health degree from Northwestern University and served as chief resident in her dermatology residency at Brown University. After completing a clinical and research fellowship at Harvard Medical School’s Wellman Center for Photomedicine, she has returned to Brown University as faculty, with research emphasis on epidemiology, medical education, and photomedicine. As the first physician in her family, Kachiu hopes to play a critical role in helping medical students and residents fulfill their career aspirations. She has contributed to several projects in the First Aid/USMLE-Rx family of publications, including the USMLE-Rx Qmax test bank and the Step 1, 2 CS, and 3 First Aid books. In her leisure time, she enjoys photography, playing piano, and exploring New England with her family.
