Katie grew up in Yonkers, NY and ventured to Boston for her undergraduate years at Boston College. She then attended Tulane University School of Medicine, where she earned her medical degree along with a master of science degree in anatomy. After finishing medical school, Katie headed back to New York City to begin a surgical residency at Lenox Hill Hospital. In her free time, Katie can often be found running, flying single-engine aircraft, or drawing.

Courtney grew up in the Chicago suburbs and attended Washington University in St. Louis, where she majored in biology and ran cross-country and track. She then went to Des Moines University to earn her medical degree. She is now training to be a rural family physician in beautiful Duluth at the University of Minnesota Medical School. In her free time, Courtney enjoys mountain biking, water skiing, cross-country skiing, and being outdoors with her friends and family.

Charlie grew up in Oconomowoc, Wisc. He attended The University of Wisconsin, where he majored in biology. He earned his medical degree at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. Charlie is currently an intern in the interventional integrated radiology program at the University of Kansas Medical Center. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, hiking, and watching NBA basketball.

Jamison grew up in Alpine, Utah. She earned her medical degree at Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and is now a dermatology resident at Mayo Clinic in Arizona. When not working, Jamison enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with her family and dog.

Daniel is from Milwaukee, Wisc. He is currently completing a medical intern year at the Medical College of Wisconsin before starting his diagnostic radiology residency training at Creighton University in Phoenix. Outside of academics, Daniel enjoys hiking, computer programming, and drawing.

Joshua is a first-generation American, born and raised in Chicago, whose family immigrated from Russia. He earned a bachelor of science degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago, a master of science degree from Rosalind Franklin University, and a medical degree with distinction in basic sciences from the Chicago Medical School, where he was an inductee of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. Joshua is spending his intern year at Weiss Memorial Hospital before beginning the integrated interventional and diagnostic radiology residency program at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. He is passionate about medical education, mentorship, and creating materials to educate the next generations of physicians.

Originally from Toronto, Ontario, Canada, Keith found his passion for medicine following an externship in Kenya, Africa, where he worked in the pediatric ICU and the orthopedic surgery unit. He earned his medical degree from Windsor University School of Medicine and is currently a resident in family medicine at the Mercyhealth Family Medicine Residency Program in Rockford, Ill. In his spare time, Keith is a creative writer and an avid fan of the Montreal Canadiens.

Mimi grew up in San Jose, Calif, and attended the University of California, Santa Barbara, where she earned a bachelor of science degree in developmental biology. She then moved to Los Angeles for medical school and will be applying for an internal medicine residency. Mimi has a passion for education, both inside and outside of medicine. During her time off, she enjoys cooking meals for friends, sharing recipes on her blog, and biking to burn off the calories.

James was born and raised in Brooklyn and earned both his undergraduate and medical degrees at State University of New York at Stony Brook. He moved back to Brooklyn to start his residency in otolaryngology–head and neck surgery at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University. James hopes to continue his involvement in medical education throughout residency and his medical career.
